  • The copy of credit card is only required during the peak season like Canton Fair. Please copy the credit card and stick both the front and back side, because the bank request to hotel provide the signature and credit card copies to notify the hotel really get the authority from the card holder ,it is to protect the card holder credit.If the credit card copies are not clear enough to read ,the bank will consider the hotel don't get the card holder authority for one night deposit ,so they don't release the authority for the deposit to the hotel,then the hotel will not kept the room for you without deposit .
  • I understand and agree that one night compensation will be charged for amendment or cancellation within 14 working days(Sunday and Saterday are not working day in China)prior to arrival and One night penalty will be charged for no show and early check out during the period of the Canton Fair.
