Please make the application before March. 30, 2005.
1. E-invitation
An e-mailed E-invitation can only be used in fair registration,
but not in visa application. It can be shared by all
visitors from the same company. A copy one is valid.
Visitors may apply for E-invitation on the website of the
CECF, or to the Foreign Liaison Department, China Foreign
Trade Centre.
2. Paper Invitation Card
A mailed paper Invitation Card can be shared by three people
from the same company in their visa application and fair registration.
A copy one is invalid. Visitors may apply for paper
Invitation Card to the following organizations:

Chinese representatives with foreign companies' representative
offices in China should apply for paper Invitation Cards directly
to the Foreign Liaison Department, China Foreign Trade Centre
before Aug. 16, 2002. The Card is nominative and can not be
shared. Documents required:
a. Copy of Business Registration Certificate of Foreign
Company's representative office in China
b. Copy of Valid employee certificate issued by China's
Administration for Industry and Commerce
c. Copy of Employee's ID Card
