BOOK A HOTEL AT NORMAL TIME

At normal time, it is quite easy to make the booking. The booking will be processed as below:

• Step 1: Make Reservation From B.E.Travel by online reservation or or phone.
• Step 2: Hotel Confirmation from B.E.Travel.
• Step 3: Passenger Check-In with B.E.Travel Confirmation Voucher, and Direct Pay To Hotel (No Need to Guarantee And Prepay)

Please note: Though there is no need to guarantee reservation at normal period, the reservation will be held until 18:00 pm during some high seasons like holiday or big show in Guangzhou. We suggest you provide us your flight/train number and arrival time for holding your reservation.

BOOK A HOTEL IN GUANGZHOU AT CANTON FAIR TIME

During the period of Canton fair, it is a little bit complicated to make the booking. The booking will be processed as below:

• Step 1: Make Reservation From B.E.Travel by phone, email or fax.
• Step 2: Reservation Acceptance from B.E.Travel after checking availability.
• Step 3: Guarantee your reservation by credit card or deposit according to hotel's requirement. (Some hotels require prepayment or deposit by cash only)
• Step 4: Hotel Confirmation from B.E.Travel by Confirmation Voucher.
• Step 5: Passenger Check-In with B.E.Travel Confirmation Voucher, and Direct Pay To Hotel or Prepay to B.E.TravelTravel.

In the event of amendment(including change of staying period or guest's name) or cancellation or no-show, a written notice must reach our office 7-21 working days(according to hotel's requirement) prior arrival. Otherwise, one night room charge (including Tax & Service charges) of the above booking will be levied automatically under any circumstances.
